Refund Policy


MAYHEM SWIM does not offer refunds.

Additional Exchanges
All of MAYHEM SWIM skincare is Made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order/products received please contact within 5 Days of your purchase so we can arrange store credit or an exchange. In your email please include a detailed description on the reason for your return, and Mayhem Swim will respond within 48hrs.

  • MAYHEM SWIM is not responsible for any returns or loss that are not insured or signed for. 
  • All Customers are responsible for shipping & Handling cost related to each return. This expense will not be covered by MAYHEM SWIM.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 5 days.
  • All Merchandise MUST be in the exact condition in which it was received. 
  • If any of the Packaging, Tags, Merchandise has been tampered with and made a non-resalable item, you will incur a $23 fee which will be deducted from item cost for damages. We cannot restock back to site, and this is a company loss. After adjustments, we can issue a store credit. 
  • Store credit must be used within 10 days.
  • Legally we can refuse any customer a refund, exchange, or store credit for any Hygiene related issue. 
  • All exchanges are not guaranteed due to inventory levels on what available. You will be notified during the exchange process in this case and you will be given a store credit to use within 10 days



  • Any Merchandise that has been marked with a promo for discount, sale, or any last chance merchandise CAN NOT be exchanged, or given store credit. During any of our sale periods, Promo codes will not be valid. No Price adjustments will be made. No exceptions.
  • Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancelling and/or Changing Your Order (if applicable)

  • Please note that once you place an order it cannot be canceled or adjusted in any way. You must wait until you receive your order and then take the necessary steps to begin your order cancellation.


  • To exchange  your product, you should first contact us through Email and upon response we will send you information to start the exchange process.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

As a disclaimer, we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
