Shipping
Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.
Every suit is cut and sewn by hand, so orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment yours goes out.
United States
International — rates calculated at checkout
International transit times can run longer during customs processing, which is outside our control.
We ship to: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and worldwide.
Customs and import duties. International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged by their local customs authority. Rates vary by country and value, and we can't calculate them for you in advance. If a parcel is held because duties weren't paid and it's returned or abandoned, we can't refund the order.
No P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. We don't deliver to either. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or locker, we'll hold your order and email you for an alternate address. If we don't hear back, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
Mayhem Swim does not offer refunds. Swimwear is an intimate garment and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once it leaves us. This is standard across the category and it's why we put real fit information on every product page — so you get it right the first time.
What we do offer: exchanges and store credit.
How it works

Email mayhemswim@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Ship it back. You cover return shipping — those costs aren't refundable. Use a trackable service; we can't be responsible for packages that don't arrive.

Once it's received and checked, your exchange is processed within 5 business days, or store credit is issued the same day.
Condition requirements
Everything must come back exactly as it arrived — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, hygiene liner intact, original packaging. Anything returned in non-resalable condition can't be accepted, and we're legally permitted to decline an exchange or credit for any hygiene-related issue.
If your size is out of stock
We're small-batch, so exchanges depend on what's actually available. If your size is gone, we'll tell you during the process and issue store credit valid for 12 months instead — and put you first in line on the next run of that style.
Final sale
Anything bought on promo, discount, sale, or marked last chance is final — no exchange, no store credit, no price adjustments. Promo codes don't stack and aren't valid during sale periods.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because these are made by hand and cut quickly after ordering, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to change your size or cancel it. Email mayhemswim@gmail.com with your order number and put CHANGE or CANCEL in the subject line. After 12 hours, your suit is in production and we can't stop it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll fix it at no cost to you — that one's on us, including shipping.
Fit & Sizing
Do these run true to size?
Yes. Everything runs true to size. Every bikini ties at four points — neck, back, and both hips — so each size adapts across roughly a full size of variance.
I'm between sizes.
Take the smaller one and let the ties do the work. If you want more coverage in the seat, size up.
What if I'm a D cup or bigger?
DANNI and JAGGER. Both are built with real straps and actual support.
What if I want more coverage?
DANNI, LOTUS, or JAGGER.
I have a long torso.
LOTUS, with the back waist ties let out.
I'm still not sure.
DM @mayhemswim with your usual bra size and bottom size and I'll tell you exactly which style and size to take. I answer these personally — it takes me two minutes and it saves us both an exchange.

The Product
Why does a bikini cost $120?
Because one person cuts and sews it in Los Angeles, using four-way stretch fabric and hand-knotted paracord ties. A $30 bikini comes from a factory that made forty thousand of them. This one was made one at a time, by me.
Why is so much sold out?
Small batch. I make what I can make. Join the waitlist on any sold-out size — that's genuinely how I decide what gets cut next.
Will you restock?
Core styles, yes. Limited prints and colorways, usually never — KOKOA's floral won't be reprinted.
How do I wash it?
Cold rinse after every wear, especially after chlorine or salt. Lay it flat to dry. Never wring the ties and never put it in the dryer.
Are these really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in Los Angeles by me, Morgan. Since 2018.
